How Does it Work?
Catbird provides an internal agent which is deployed onsite. This agent monitors the wireless network continually and sends an alarm the minute any unauthorized wireless connections have been made.
Specifically, the wireless monitor watches the unlicensed spectrums on 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz and verifies that there is no activity contrary to the defined wireless policy. If the monitor notices anything which deviates from the baseline, a notification is sent.
