Protect applications in the virtual datacenter from network-based threats with the powerful combination of VMware vShield App and Catbird vSecurity. Catbird’s security orchestration now includes the access control of VMware vShield App, adding to an already broad list of controls that include vulnerability management, IPS/IDS, network segmentation, policy enforcement, inventory, configuration and change management, as well as monitoring and enforcement in many other key operational, security and compliance areas. VMware vShield App will enforce granular network segmentation and access control on virtual networks protected by vSecurity.

  • Catbird's TrustZones® policy enforcer includes full VMware vShield controls to monitor and quarantine out of compliance assets, reducing the risk of security breach and data loss.
  • Catbird customers can now leverage the firewall features of VMware vShield App to automatically and dynamically segment the virtual switching fabric
