Partner training is a key component and requirement of the Catbird Partner Program.
Catbird’s Partner technical training is offered through a Webinar. Trained partners are then able to competently demonstrate and use the Catbird Command Center™ and set up customer “sub-accounts” within their own portal account. They are also able to set up external and internal monitors for trials or production.
Catbird Partner sales training is offered through a Webinar, instructing the sales team in discussing market trends; key security drivers; common concerns, issues and objections; and presenting Catbird services advantages and business cases.
Additionally, Catbird conducts regular Webinars on special topics of interest to partners, including industry trends and new product developments. Also provided is a wide variety of on-line training and marketing resources to help keep our partners up to date on the latest Catbird services.
