What training is required to become an effective partner?
Partner training is a key component and requirement of the Catbird Partner Program.
Catbird’s Partner technical training is offered through structured, well-conceived webinars. Trained partners are then able to competently demonstrate and use the Catbird hosted demonstration and evaluation service to support their sales activities, including setting up customer ’sub-accounts” within their own portal account.
Catbird Partner sales training is offered through webinars, educating the sales team on market trends; key security drivers; and common concerns, issues and objections. Sales training helps partners present Catbird service advantages and business cases.
Additionally, Catbird conducts regular webinars on special topics of interest to partners, including industry trends and new product developments. Also provided is a wide variety of on-line training and marketing resources to help keep our partners stay up to date on the latest Catbird services.
